EduSwift - School Management System has a module dedicated for management of student, teacher and staff records. This module captures master data such as name and contact information of the students, parents, teachers and other supporting staff.
In addition to personnel data, the records and profiles management module stores information about school resources including classrooms, laboratory, common halls and playgrounds. The system is loaded with resource capacity and availability so all the information can be used to optimise resources and generate timetables.
The records module stores all static information in a central depository doing away with manual data management, redundancy and duplication. |
